Leo is a spacious architect designed house with high spec finishes. Many of the period features of the original house have been retained with exposed flint walls in the master bedroom and ensuite shower room, kitchen and upstairs landing. Oak wooden beds with Heals mattresses, goose down duvets, egyptian cotton sheets and Orla Kiely towels. Three bathrooms – one ensuite to the master has a large walk-in shower with feature flint wall. Bathrooms have Grohe fittings, Duravit ceramics and Bette shower/bath. The downstairs floors have Refin tiles and the upstairs bedrooms and landing have Fired Earth engineered wooden floors.
Leo can sleep 6 or 7 guests in three bedrooms. The King bedroom also has a Day Bed so the room can accommodate two or three guests.
Set in grounds of 1/3 acre the house has countryside views to the North and South from all windows.
Situated in the pretty village of Stanhoe, Leo is perfect to enjoy a quiet holiday in a beautifully presented contemporary home whilst being only a short drive from Burnham Market and 8 miles from the beautiful sandy beach at Brancaster. The Duck Inn in Stanhoe receives many awards for its pub/restaurant and is about a 6 minute walk from Leo.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen, dual aspect with feature flint walls to three sides. Seating area by the south facing window – perfect for a morning coffee or to join the chef in a glass of wine. Painted Chalon kitchen units with granite work top. Mercury induction range cooker with 5 rings. Two drawer dishwasher. Built in fridge/freezer with additional fridge. Microwave. Central island with drawers and storage under.
Bedroom 1: Oak super king bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers. Fired Earth engineered oak flooring with underfloor heating. Dual aspect room with countryside views to the south and north. Feature flint wall.
Ensuite shower room: Large walk in shower with full height shower glass and overhead shower head with flint feature wall to the back of the shower. WC and basin. High quality Grohe, Bette and Duravit fittings.
Bedroom 2: Oak king bed, beside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers. Fired Earth engineered oak flooring with underfloor heating. Views to south over farmland. There is also a Day Bed which can be used so the room can accommodate two guests in separate beds.
Bedroom 3: Oak double bed, beside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers. Lovely views to the north over farmland.
Bathroom: Good sized family bathroom with high quality Grohe, Bette and Duravit fittings. Bath with shower attachment on taps. Large basin with chrome stand. WC. Feature wall.
West facing patio area accessed from the Living/Dining Room, with wooden table & chairs. Steps made from oak sleepers lead to the second seating area to the rear of the house with metal table and chairs to seat four. Large raised lawn area surrounded by hedging and backing onto a paddock. The front garden has a small lawned area, post and rail fencing and views to the south over farmland.
Parking – Off road parking for three cars on the shingle driveway.
Heating – Oil fired underfloor heating in downstairs rooms, electric underfloor heating in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Arrival day in the main holiday weeks is a Saturday. Alternative rental dates and weekend breaks can be arranged from September to mid March. Arrival time: 4.00pm – Departure time: 10.00am
NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS
No smoking or unaccompanied teenagers. Dogs are not accepted at Leo.
