Recently refurbished traditional flint and brick cottage offering spacious accommodation in the heart of Blakeney a few minutes walk from the Quayside, shops, galleries and delicatessen. Sea Holly can sleep 6-7 guests in four bedrooms. Two doubles upstairs (one can be twin beds) and one single, one double bedroom downstairs next to the new shower room  Two new luxury bathrooms – downstairs bathroom with walk in shower, upstairs bathroom with large shower and separate bath.   The pretty enclosed west facing walled garden has been landscaped with flagstones, new planting and box hedging.  There is an outdoor seating area with teak garden furniture and a barbecue.  Sea Holly House is dog friendly.  

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor 
Porch: With hooks for outdoor coats and space for boots and wellies.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with Neff under-counter fridge, Neff oven and induction hob, dishwasher.  Window overlooking private garden.
Living Room: Good sized room with windows along one side, three comfy sofas. Wood burner. Small desk with BT modem.
Dining Room: Dining table with seating for 8 guests, console table. Staircase leading to first floor.
Bedroom 4: Double bedded room with period style metal bed. Bedside tables, wardrobe.  Perfect for grandparents who would like a downstairs room.  
Bathroom: Walk in shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail.

Outside
Wash House: A few steps from the back door is a separate washroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer and microwave.

First Floor 
Bedroom 1: Bright room with windows on two sides, one window overlooks the newly landscaped garden.  Double period style metal bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables. 
Bedroom 2:  Zip-link Hypnos bed which can be a King or Twin beds. Bedside table, cupboard. 
Bedroom 3: Single Bed and Desk – can be used as an extra bedroom or quiet study room.
Bathroom: Spacious room with large shower, separate bath, basin with vanity unit and back-lit mirror above, WC

NB:  For Peak Summer and Christmas/New Year weeks the rental includes use of the fourth single bedroom.  For all other weeks the price is for three bedrooms and the fourth bedroom as a study – a fee of £50 will be charged for use of the single bed.

Garden
Peaceful and secluded west facing garden with flint walls on two sides, completely re-landscaped and featuring box hedging, parterre, flagstones and new planting.  Flagstone seating area with teak garden furniture, BBQ, and trellis screen.

NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS

No smoking or unaccompanied teenagers.

Parking:  A free parking pass for one car  in the Harbour Rooms Car Park – High Street
There is also Pay & Display village car park less than a minute’s walk from the cottage.
