Well Cottage is a beautifully refurbished flint holiday cottage in the charming village of Salthouse on the North Norfolk Coast. Sleeping 2 – 8 guests, with three bedrooms in the main house and a one-bedroom annexe, which can be rented for an additional sum. There are two King bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and shower over bath –  twin bedroom downstairs with shower room.Plantation shutters to most windows. Under-floor heating in all downstairs rooms and the bathroom upstairs.

Well Cottage has been carefully furnished and decorated to provide a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. The cottage is located up a quiet lane off the main coast road with the benefit of off-street parking. The Dun Cow pub, village shop and Cookies seafood cafe are located off the village green which is approximately a five-minute walk from the cottage.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
Kitchen/Diner: Comfortable seating area seating 6/8 guests. Folding doors open directly onto the garden. The integrated kitchen with solid wood worktops has a stone floor with under floor heating.
Sitting Room: Beautifully furnished room with comfy seating for six, under floor heating and a wood burner. Large flat screen TV. Bathroom: Features a shower, period style WC and basin, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with 2ft 6” beds and a wardrobe.

First Floor
Bedroom 1: King bed with wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and view towards marshes.
Bedroom 2: King bed with built in wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bathroom: Period style bath with shower head over, period style WC and basin, heated towel rail.

Outside Folding doors open directly onto a gravel patio area and the raised large grassed lawn area. The outdoor seating area with large wooden table and six outdoor wicker chairs gives views across the marshes towards the sea. The garden is enclosed with a gated entrance leading onto a parking area for two cars. BBQ. Garden airer. Log store.

Please note: The annexe seen in the photos is only let out as additional accommodation with the main cottage – it would remain empty if not rented by the guests staying in Well Cottage.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES

Arrival day is Saturday between Easter and end October other arrival days can usually be accommodated outside of that period and for late availability bookings.
Arrival time: 4.00pm – Departure time: 10.00am

NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS

No smoking or unaccompanied teenagers.
Dogs are not accepted at Well Cottage.
