Unlike some of the big agencies, the very fact that we are a small family run business means we can provide genuine personal attention to each of our cottage owners and their requirements. Owners can trust us to look after their properties and deliver the highest standards expected to their guests. 

Bespoke Package

We have the flexibility to be able to offer a bespoke package of service which can include arranging cleaning, gardening and any maintenance the cottages may need. We will go above and beyond for our owners, as we appreciate how difficult it is to be able to just drop by, so we pride ourselves in being able to take care of any issues which may arise so that our owners do not need to. We are friendly and approachable and our lines of communication are always open to help our cottage owners feel secure in the knowledge that we are constantly working on their behalf. 

Marketing, Advertising, Bookings and Administration

As a small business, we do not charge VAT. Our commission fee covers the photography, marketing, advertising, bookings and administration. It also covers frequent checks on the properties and liaising with cleaners and trades people. Our guest management, including a contact number for guests to call 24 hours a day, means that our owners can sleep well knowing they will not be disturbed. You can put your complete trust in us to look after your property for you.

Fully responsive website

Our new website, with its fresh and fully responsive design, has the facility to take bookings and payments online, and the option to contact us by email or phone for enquiries or further information about our cottages and the local area.  We are open 8am – 7pm, 7 days a week so can respond to enquiries before and after some other agencies are open for business.  We have a large mailing list and many repeat guests who enjoy the high standards and excellent customer service we offer.
