Dog friendly and sleeping up to 6 guests, this stunning property is the perfect place for friends and family wanting to spend time together on this beautiful part of the North Norfolk Coast.

The ground floor provides two relaxing sitting rooms with lots of seating, one of which has a cosy wood burner and SMART TV to snuggle up in front of, on colder evenings. The other provides a quieter space to read or listen to music. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a working Aga and separate electric hob and oven, and a utility room with plenty of appliances for a comfortable stay. Views across the large, enclosed garden and beyond to the beautiful Norfolk countryside, can be enjoyed from the spacious dining area with wood burner. For added convenience there is also a shower room with a toilet and walk-in shower.

The first floor has three good sized bedrooms, one of which is a zip-linked king so can be made up as twins. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a further super king bedroom, with a large ensuite, housing both a bath and sperate shower. There is also a large family bathroom.

The hub of the village, with its delightful pubs, restaurants, shops, and galleries, is within a few minutes’ walk from the door. You can pull on your hiking boots and explore coast or stately homes, or venture to the nearby nature reserves, known to be a mecca for bird watchers. With beautiful beaches, wonderful walks, and fabulous dining all within easy reach, this wonderful and very spacious cottage is an ideal retreat at any time of year.

Bedroom 1 very large room with a Super King-sized bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, drawers, chair, and dressing table. Ensuite with bath, walk-in shower, sink, cupboard, toilet, and heated towel rails.

Bedroom 2 with a Double bed, wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and chair. Ensuite with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3 with a King-sized bed which can be made up as twin beds, wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and chair.

Family Bathroom Bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Garden:

There is a large lawned garden with shrub beds at the back of the cottage which is an oasis of calm. Here you can relax in either of the two areas of seating: one with garden table and chairs for outside dining, the other for lounging in. At the front of the cottage there are shrubs and gravel area for parking.

Parking:

Private parking spaces for 4 cars on the drive of the cottage. There is also free parking in front of the cottage boundary wall.

Heating:

Oil central heating, electric towel rails and wood burners.

Also included:

  • Linens, bathroom towels (excludes beach towels) bathmats, tea towels, oven gloves
  • Supply of logs
  • Household items such as cleaning materials, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES

  • Arrival day is Friday; however, short break arrival days are flexible
  • Arrival time: 4pm – Departure time: 10am

NOTES

  • Non-smoking anywhere in the cottage or on the property grounds.
  • Foxglove welcomes two well behaved dogs. Please speak to Justine if you would like to bring three.
