New for September 2020 – A beautiful and recently refurbished dog-friendly bungalow, in the much-loved seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Tucked back from the road behind the owner’s property, but within easy walking distance of the pubs and shops, this tasteful bolthole sleeps 2 guests in comfortable style. Haran Bank Annexe has private parking and is situated in a quiet spot, but a short walk away from the busy centre. Fabulous walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep across the fields to Holkham Estate, or by picking up the Norfolk Coastal Path and exploring the beautiful coastline in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The bungalow has everything you need to relax, including a bright and airy conservatory to take you into a peaceful space in which to read the morning paper. Being on one level and with a walk-in shower room, this bolthole has good access for those who may find stairs a challenge. There is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances and comfortable seating in the open plan living space on which to relax at the end of your day. Haran Bank Annexe is the perfect place to enjoy a break away at any time of year, either on your own or with a loved one.

COVID-19 Booking Protection
For any new bookings from May 2020, which may be prevented from going ahead due to government restrictions forcing holiday cottages to close, can either : –
- receive a full refund for payments made, minus the administration fee of £15
- or be moved to a new date of your choice (subject to availability) within the subsequent 12 months

Bedroom with king-sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging space and drawers.
Living Room with comfy sofa and chair. Wall mounted electric log effect fire, Smart TV, side table with lamps and coffee table. Opening through to Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
Doors leading from the living room to:-
Conservatory with dining table and chairs and comfortable outdoor furniture.
Small courtyard with seating, garden furniture and potted plants. (Partioned off from the owners garden by a brick wall and solid wooden fence).
There is a designated parking area for one car on the drive.
Gas central heating and wall mounted electric log burning effect fire.
