An end terraced cottage with original features and situated along a quiet track behind the Priory Green at Little Walsingham. Sleeping four in two bedrooms, both with ensuites, and private parking for one car, this charming bolthole offers all you need for a comfortable stay. With the benefit of being a cosy haven in the winter, where you can snuggle up in front of the wood burner with a hot drink and a good book, and a country retreat in the warmer months where you can relax in the beautiful garden and listen to the birds or enjoy a glass of fizz. Near by to great places to eat and drink, it is ideal for families in the summer holidays, but also an ideal base for bird watchers in the quieter months.

Ground Floor:
Dining area leading in from the garden, this beautiful bright space with windows along one side, has a large dining table with chairs, and a rack for shoes. The Norfolk Pamment floor tiles run through to the kitchen.
Kitchen area which is a galley style with new appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, cafetiere and a microwave. Plenty of cupboard space and shelves. Skylights create a wonderful airy feel throughout.
Living room leading off from the dining area and through the door from the front garden, this carpeted space has a large comfortable sofa, easy chair and other seating, a SMART TV with built in DVD player, wood burner, wifi, drawers, games and books, coffee table, electric panel radiators. Exposed beams. Picture windows. Hooks for coats. Stairs leading to the first floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, double wardrobe with shelves, bedside cupboards. Windows looking out over the garden.

Parking is on the private drive at the side of the cottage. Parking for one car only, plenty of other parking can be found in the village.
