On Sunday 31st October, the Government announced a Covid-19 National November lockdown for England. This will affect all holiday cottages and second homes as all overnight stays away from Primary residences are not allowed. The lockdown will last for most of November and the first few days of December. All guests staying in one of our cottages between 5th November to 2nd December have been contacted by email. There are two options available to our guests during this time. The two options are to either move the booking to another date within the next 12 months, or to receive a full refund minus the £15 admin fee. Guests have been invited to respond by email with the option of their choice. Whilst this is a busy time, we will endeavor to fulfill guest’s wishes as soon as possible. We want to keep both our guests and the local community safe, so whilst this has been a disappointment for us all, it is important we support the government with the decision made.
